AI Training Simulator · Published by SparkGrid Games · Last updated: September 16, 2026

SparkGrid Games ("we," "us," "our") publishes AI Training Simulator (the "App"), a mobile idle/clicker game. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We are based in Malaysia and built this App to work without requiring you to create an account or hand over personal details.

In short: the App does not ask for your name, email, or any account credentials. It identifies your game save using a random, anonymous device ID. We use Google AdMob, together with the ad networks it works with (Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize and AppLovin), to show optional rewarded ads, and Google Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay patterns. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous device ID

On first launch, the App generates a random identifier (a UUID) on your device and uses it to identify your game save on our servers. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any other real-world identity, and you don't create a password or provide any sign-up information.

Gameplay data

Your progress — resources, upgrades, achievements, and similar in-game state — is stored on our servers under your anonymous device ID, so your progress stays in sync and up to date. This design also means the App requires an internet connection to play; it does not support offline play.

Data stored only on your device

A small set of technical values is kept locally in encrypted secure storage on your device and is not personal or gameplay data:

Information from advertising and analytics partners

Google AdMob, the ad partners it works with (listed in Section 3), and Google Firebase Analytics may automatically collect technical and device information (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device model, and app usage events) as described in sections 3 and 4 below.

2. How we use information

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating and improving the App.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob and ad partners)

The App uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded video ads (ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward). AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, general location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. Google's own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and EU User Consent Policy.

Ad partners

To fill each ad, AdMob runs an auction in which the advertising networks below can also compete to show it. Each network's software is included in the App and, when an ad is requested or shown, may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address and the general location derived from it, device and app information, and ad interaction data. They use this information to serve and measure ads, to personalize ads where you have allowed it, and to prevent ad fraud. Third parties may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from the App and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Each network handles this information under its own privacy policy:

Your ad consent choices

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form on first launch, letting you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can change this choice anytime from Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the App.

Wherever you live, you can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting. On iOS, the App asks your permission before tracking, and you can change it under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads (on some devices Settings → Google → Ads). You can also learn more about interest-based advertising and opt out at www.aboutads.info/choices and www.youronlinechoices.eu.

California residents: you can limit ad personalization at any time using your device's own ad settings — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Ads on Android — or by contacting us and we will action your request.

4. Analytics (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to log gameplay events — for example, ad views, shop purchases, prestige actions, tutorial progress, daily reward claims, and similar in-game activity — tied to your anonymous device ID rather than your real identity. This helps us understand how the App is used in aggregate and fix problems. We do not use a separate crash-reporting service.

5. In-app purchases

If you make a purchase in the App, it is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, according to their own privacy policies and payment terms. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details — we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so we can deliver the item.

6. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the service providers needed to run the App:

Some privacy laws (like California's CPRA) define certain advertising data flows as a "share" even when no money changes hands. See Section 3 above for how to opt out of ad personalization.

7. Retention & security

We retain your anonymous game data for as long as you keep playing the App. If you'd like your data deleted, see Section 9 below — we currently handle deletion requests manually since the App doesn't yet have a self-service "delete my data" option. Data in transit between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and the technical values stored on your device (see Section 1) are kept in encrypted secure storage.

8. Children's privacy

AI Training Simulator is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

9. Your rights

European Economic Area, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on your consent (such as ad personalization), you can withdraw it anytime via Settings → Ad Privacy Options. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale or sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 3 above for how to opt out of ad personalization, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Malaysia (Personal Data Protection Act 2010)

As a Malaysia-based publisher, we process personal data in accordance with the PDPA. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal data, and to inquire about how it's used, by contacting us using the details below.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sparkgridgames@gmail.com. Since the App doesn't use accounts, please include your anonymous device ID if you have it (found in the App's settings, if available) so we can locate your data — otherwise, describe the request and we'll do our best to assist.

10. International data transfers

Our service providers and ad partners (Google, Unity, Liftoff and AppLovin) operate in multiple countries, which means your information may be processed outside your home country, including in the United States. Each maintains its own safeguards for these transfers, described in the privacy policies linked in Section 3 above.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
