These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Training Simulator (the "Game"), published by SparkGrid Games ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Game

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Game does not require you to create an account — see Section 3 for how your progress is identified instead.

2. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional purchases for virtual currency and items. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by Apple's / Google's own refund policies.
Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. Game data

The Game does not use accounts, sign-in, or passwords. On first launch, it generates a random, anonymous device ID and stores your progress on our servers under that ID — this is also why the Game requires an internet connection to play.

Important: because there is no login or account-recovery system, uninstalling the Game, clearing its app data, or switching to a new device will disconnect you from your anonymous ID — and with it, your saved progress. We are not responsible for progress lost this way, so keep this in mind before uninstalling or switching devices.

4. Rules

You may not:

Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or other automation tools to play the Game
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Game or its servers
Use the Game for any illegal purpose

Violating these rules may result in your progress being reset or your access being suspended, without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Game — including graphics, code, music, characters, and virtual items — is owned by SparkGrid Games. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

6. Third-party services

The Game uses Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with (Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize and AppLovin) for optional rewarded ads and Google Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies — see our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARKGRID GAMES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROGRESS OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
